What We Offer

Our team members have worked within the foodservice and hospitality industry in various roles for nearly forty years. We know the ins and outs of foodservice operations, a crucial part of how we plan and execute our design work.

Our focus has been commercial kitchen design, AutoCAD drafting, and management consulting for the last two decades. With hundreds of completed projects and satisfied clients in our history, your project is guaranteed to be in good hands.

Our Working Process

Project Analysis
Including site survey & conditions for existing facilities, space allocation, operational planning and evaluation, and assist client to determine and establish project budget.

Project Drawings
We provide complete drawing packages, including floor plans (equipment layout), equipment schedules, and “MEP” (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) rough-ins.

Project Specs
Complete project specification books with full written specs for bid documents. Supplied as part of the overall project specifications released by the project Architects, or as a separate bid package direct to equipment dealers of the clients’ choosing.

Detailed bid and kitchen equipment contractor evaluations and recommendations for contract award.

Project Review
Review of equipment dealer submittal packages for both standard and custom equipment items to insure project specifications and scope are met.

Project Closure
Jobsite progress inspections, final job site inspections, detailed project punch lists and follow-up. When hired to act as the client’s consultant for the entire project, we remain involved until all issues are satisfactorily corrected for our customer.
